Crazy-horse leather is full-grain with a hot-waxed finish. It scuffs into a deeper patina with use, and the surface deepens as it absorbs oil from your hands.

Wipe with a dry cloth. Avoid water immersion (rain is fine; submersion isn't). Neutral leather balm every 6 months is optional — not waxes, oils, or anything from a shoe-shine kit. Patina is expected — that's the point.
