Refund policy
We want you to carry the wallet for a couple of weeks and decide for yourself. If it isn't right, send it back.
Return window
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to return any unused wallet for a full refund. To be eligible, the wallet must be unused, unmarked, with all original tags attached, in its original dust pouch and packaging, and free from any signs of use, scuffing, ink transfer, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
After 60 days, or if the wallet is returned in a condition that does not meet the above requirements, we are unable to issue a refund.
How to start a return
- Email support@gabrielmantelli.com within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll reply within one business day with the return address and a return reference number.
- Pack the wallet back in its original dust pouch and outer packaging, with the return reference written on the outside of the parcel.
- Ship the parcel to us using a tracked shipping service of your choice.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to display the credit.
Refund processing time
- Inspection: within 2 business days of the return parcel arriving at our warehouse.
- Refund issued: within 5 business days of inspection, to the original payment method.
- Bank settlement: your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to display the credit on your statement.
- Total expected window: typically 7–10 business days from return receipt to refund visible, plus your bank's settlement time.
If 14 business days have passed since the return was confirmed delivered to our warehouse and the refund has not appeared, email support@gabrielmantelli.com with your order number and the tracking number for the return parcel.
Who pays the return shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping charges are not refundable. The original shipping charge from your order is also non-refundable, except where the wallet was faulty, damaged in transit, or sent in error.
The customer is responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage. We cannot process refunds for return parcels that are lost in transit and cannot be confirmed as delivered to our return address.
We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns, colour-preference returns, or any return that is not the result of a fault on our part.
Restocking fees
None. We do not charge a restocking fee on any return.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your wallet arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not the colour you ordered, email support@gabrielmantelli.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photograph of the issue. In these cases we cover the return shipping — we'll email you a prepaid return label, and you can choose between a free replacement or a full refund (including the original shipping charge).
Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Wallets returned after the 60-day window
- Wallets returned used, scuffed, monogrammed, conditioned with aftermarket products, or without their original dust pouch and packaging
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the point of purchase
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We don't run a separate exchange flow. If you want a different colour, return the original for refund and place a new order in your preferred colour. It moves faster and avoids us holding stock against a pending swap.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order ships, email support@gabrielmantelli.com straight away and we'll cancel and refund in full. Once an order has dispatched, the standard return process above applies.
Return address
Our return address is provided in the reply to your return request — please do not send returns without contacting us first, as parcels sent to an unconfirmed address may be refused.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any consumer protection rights you have under the law of the US state where you live.
