Shipping
1. How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Transit is 3–7 business days on standard. Most US orders arrive within 4–9 business days end-to-end. You'll get a tracking link as soon as the label is scanned at pickup.
2. Where do orders ship from?
We ship from a US fulfilment partner. Every order ships domestically within the United States — no international transit, no customs, no surprise fees on delivery.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. International expansion is on the roadmap but not committed to a date.
4. Is shipping tracked?
Yes. Every order gets a tracking number the moment it leaves the warehouse. You'll receive the link by email. If a tracking number stops updating for more than 48 hours, contact support@gabrielmantelli.com and we'll chase the carrier.
Returns
5. What's your return window?
60 days from the delivery date. The wallet must be unused, free of marks or scratches, and back in its original packaging (dust bag and wax-paper wrap included). Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the wallet arriving back to us.
6. Who pays for return shipping?
The customer covers return shipping on a change-of-mind return. If the wallet arrived faulty or there was an error on our end, we pay the return label — email support@gabrielmantelli.com with a photo and we'll send one over.
7. Do you offer exchanges?
No. We keep it simple — return the wallet for a refund within 60 days, then place a new order for the colour you want. It's faster than an exchange in practice, and the inventory hold doesn't cost you anything.

8. Where is the leather from?
We work with skilled leather craft partners and select full-grain hides for every wallet. We don't make origin claims we can't verify, and we won't print a country on the wallet to inflate the price.
9. How do I take care of it?
Avoid soaking it. If it gets caught in rain, blot dry with a soft cloth and let it air-dry away from direct heat. A neutral leather conditioner once or twice a year keeps the fibres supple. Don't store it folded around stacked cards for the first month — let it learn the shape gradually.
10. Does the colour change over time?
Yes — that's the patina. Full-grain leather darkens and deepens with use. Cognac shifts warmest, dark brown deepens slowly, black changes least. There's no way to stop it, and you wouldn't want to.
Sizing
11. Is there a size choice?
Three carry types (Horizontal Bifold / Vertical Bifold / Zip-Around), no size variants inside each type. Pick the form factor by how you carry:
- Horizontal Bifold (4.3" × 3.5", ~8mm thick) — landscape orientation, sits flat in any pocket
- Vertical Bifold (3.5" × 4.3", ~8mm thick) — portrait orientation, easier one-hand opening
- Zip-Around (4.3" × 3.7", ~12mm thick) — secure perimeter zip, multi-pocket interior

Payment & Tracking
12. What payment methods do you accept, and how do I track my order?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Checkout is encrypted end-to-end — your card details never touch our servers. To track an order, use the Track Order page and enter your order number plus the email address on the order.
