Gabriel Mantelli is the trading name of the business operating this site. Registered address: 238 Mulberry Street, Suite 7, New York, NY 10012, USA. Customer support: support@gabrielmantelli.com.

Orders and contracts

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — that is the point a binding contract is formed.
We may decline an order at our discretion (stock unavailable, pricing error, suspected fraud, address we can't ship to). If we decline, we refund any payment in full within 5 business days.
All prices are in US dollars (USD). We display the currency in checkout and on confirmation emails.

Pricing and stock

We try to keep prices, descriptions, and stock levels accurate, but errors happen. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you and offer either the corrected price or a full refund.
Colours are produced in limited runs. Once a colour is sold out, it may not return.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay through Shopify Payments. We don't store full payment card details on our servers.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your wallet arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days at support@gabrielmantelli.com with a photograph. You're entitled to a refund or replacement at your choice.

Intellectual property

All text, images, illustrations, logos, and design elements on this site belong to Gabriel Mantelli or are licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use them commercially without our written permission. Personal browsing and order use is fine.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for fraudulent purposes, to interfere with its security, or to scrape it at scale. We may suspend access or cancel orders that breach this.

Liability

Our liability to you for any loss arising from your use of the site or a faulty product is limited to the price you paid for the goods in question, except where the law prevents that limitation (death, personal injury, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer protection rights).

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, where Gabriel Mantelli operates.

Nothing in these Terms removes the consumer protection rights you have under the law of the US state where you live. If you live in a US state other than New York, you keep all rights afforded to you by your home state's consumer protection statutes regardless of what these Terms say.
